Both saunas are open every day between 08:00 and 21:30.

• Booking is done via the website.
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the sauna time — then your booked time will be returned to your buffer.
• For later cancellations, the booking slot for that week will be removed. The same conditions apply to paying drop-in customers.

• Electric Sauna: 2×2 meters.
• Tent Sauna: The key to the changing room and the wood is next to the sauna tent, also in a code lock.

• Lockers and storage: Storage for valuables is available in the blue metal lockers in the Elton's Café building (by the footpath).
• Locks for the lockers can be borrowed free of charge and are located inside the container (clubhouse/changing room).
• We are not responsible for any valuables, so please use the lockers.
• You turn on the sauna yourself. It takes about 20 minutes to heat up the Electric Sauna and about 15 minutes for the Tent Sauna.

Annual card holders

• Electric Sauna: at cost, approximately 50 SEK per hour. Please share the cost. You only pay for the hour you sauna, not the heating time.
• Tent Sauna (wood): 50 SEK per hour per group (please share the cost). Your own wood is fine — but it must be dry birch wood.

Drop-in

• Price: 150 SEK per hour (wood/electricity included).
• Paying drop-in customers are entitled to their spot for the entire booked hour.
• Payment is made after the sauna visit to Swish: 123-374 17 41. If you prefer another payment method, please contact us.

• For "annual pass drop-in queue", a 15-minute rotation applies — except for drop-in customers who have booked a time.
• We clean and maintain hygiene 3 days a week (morning and evening). On other days, we appreciate your help in keeping the area clean and fresh.
• If anything needs attention, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
