Terms and Conditions for Annual Pass Holders at Sauna Club Sickla Bastun 2026

Sickla Bastun reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as needed.

Acceptance of terms and conditions

14-day right of withdrawal after purchase date.

Availability and operation of the sauna

• Electric sauna 2x2 meters 

• From June to September, the electric sauna will be closed in accordance with Nacka Municipality's seasonal adjustment guidelines. Additionally, Eltons Café lacks sufficient electrical power to operate the sauna during the summer.

• During this period (June-September), at least one sauna tent with a wood-fired heater will be offered, located either on the mainland or on a raft.

Booking conditions for sauna and sauna tent

• Annual passes are valid for the calendar year. If you purchase for 2026, it is only valid during 2026.

• The pass holder must be present during the sauna visit.

• Drop-in +1 is unlimited and free of charge (except that the holder needs to pay for electricity or wood consumption).

  • 50 SEK per hour for wood (if purchased from us).

  • 50 SEK per hour for electricity.

  • The cost is divided among all sauna guests during that specific hour.

• Annual pass holders are entitled to book 1.5 hours per week (January-June & September-January). During this hour, the holder is entitled to bring/book +1 friend.

  • +1 means that the holder has the right to book the sauna with a friend and also try a drop-in free of charge with a friend (excluding the self-cost price for electricity or wood).

• During June-September, the sauna tent can be booked, but drop-in times are also available, though more limited than in winter.

• Potentially, an electric sauna may be available during this period, but the location is unclear and details will be confirmed if applicable.

Priority and long-term availability

• The annual pass provides priority for renewing annual passes for 2027 and onwards. We have introduced a cap of 300 annual pass holders. If the cap is reached, a waiting list will be created. Holders can sell their annual pass to the waiting list or more spots will be gradually opened depending on demand.

• The goal is to maintain the electric sauna year-round, but this depends on permits and electrical capacity.

Booking rules, late cancellation & no-show

• Cancellation later than 24 hours before the booked time means the time is forfeited.

• In case of no-show without cancellation, the holder will be suspended for two weeks.

• For three no-shows per year, the holder will be suspended for one year without refund.

Sauna rules & guidelines

• The sauna is initially a mixed sauna for all genders.

• Sickla Bastun reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as needed.

• No priority is given to annual pass holders compared to drop-in customers. The only difference is more favorable prices.

Alcohol, drugs & rules of conduct

• Alcohol and drugs are prohibited in the sauna. Sickla Bastun and Eltons Café do not have serving licenses.

• Offences lead to immediate suspension for up to one year.

• In case of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, there will be a two-year suspension and a police report.

• Sauna guests are recommended to use a towel or bathrobe when moving between the sauna and the jetty.

• Sickla Bastun is not responsible for personal injuries or valuables.

• Damages and accidents must be reported within six hours.
