SUP Yoga + Sauna Access after class.

All ticket types (drop-in, drop-in with your own SUP, 10-pass, and season card) require a booking to reserve your board. Book your spot here and pay on site via Swish (or bank card if you do not have Swish).

Season + 10 pass: Please bring proof of purchase for your season card and present your 10 pass clip-card before the class.

Sauna included: Warm up after the class in our lake-side sauna, which is included in your ticket.

What to expect: SUP yoga is yoga on a wide, stable paddleboard on open water. The moving surface means you work harder to stay steady — and that tends to take care of the mental noise on its own. No experience needed in yoga or SUP. Every class starts with a safety briefing and paddleboard intro on land, then out onto the water. After class, the sauna is included in your price.

Classes are 75 minutes long so we have time to get out and in from the water.

Types of classes:

Vinyasa SUP Yoga -   A flowing, active class on the board to focus the mind, build strength and work on your balance. Suitable for all levels.

Yin SUP Yoga - Slow, held positions. Good for recovery or if you want something calmer and more restorative. Suitable for all levels.

Drop-in (+ sauna) 350 kr
Drop-in with own SUP (+ sauna) 150 kr
Season pass 2026 (+ sauna) - individual 1 500 kr
10-class clip card (+ sauna) - shareable with family & friends 1 000 kr

Practical information:

Location: Elton's Café och Uthyrning, Sickla strand, Stockholm.

Your teacher: Camilla (@yoga_with_camilla), a 500 hour certified yoga teacher who also teaches in studios throughout Stockholm.

Season: Late April–September 2026.

Class timetable: Updated weekly. Please check the schedule for lastest class times.

Arrive: 10–15 minutes before class starts so you have time for the on-land introduction.

Class length: 75 mins (to allow for paddling time to the floating dock)

Equipment: Paddleboards, paddles, life jackets included.  Dry bags are available for rent.

Bring: Water bottle and swimwear under comfortable clothes, or clothes that can get wet. Bring 1-2 towels for the sauna. We also recommend bringing a plastic bag for your wet clothes after. 

Language: Classes are taught in English.

If you need to cancel: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so your spot can be offered to someone else. Two late cancellations or no-shows will lead to a ban for future bookings.

Cancelled classes Classes may be cancelled due to bad weather, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances outside our control. You'll be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

Safety & Personal Responsibility: Participation is at the participant's own risk. Yoga with Camilla and Smashing Balance accept no responsibility for personal injury or illness in connection with participation. The participant is responsible for their allocated equipment throughout the class. Loss of or damage to a paddle will be charged at replacement cost (500 kr).
