What to expect: SUP yoga is yoga on a wide, stable paddleboard on open water. The moving surface means you work harder to stay steady — and that tends to take care of the mental noise on its own. No experience needed in yoga or SUP. Every class starts with a safety briefing and paddleboard intro on land, then out onto the water. After class, the sauna is included in your price.
Classes are 75 minutes long so we have time to get out and in from the water.
Types of classes:
Vinyasa SUP Yoga - A flowing, active class on the board to focus the mind, build strength and work on your balance. Suitable for all levels.
Yin SUP Yoga -Slow, held positions. Good for recovery or if you want something calmer and more restorative. Suitable for all levels.
